Adventure Kayak Tours offers Flatwater Adventures that provide our guests with an opportunity to explore and experience the inland waters of Coastal Virginia. These areas are rich in history and native wildlife. All Flatwater Adventure locations are calm water paddles and good for all ages and skill levels. Let us add an adventure to your vacation, an opportunity for a family outing or reunion, or an educational event for your summer camp or youth program. Kayaking is an excellent way to get outside and enjoy nature as well as promote teamwork, communication, and build self confidence. Click on the tab for each launch location to get more information about each area. Flatwater Adventures are offered ALL YEAR LONG, weather permitting.
Adventure Kayak Tours is a mobile kayak and paddleboard tour and rental outfitter that offers flexible scheduling, including same day service sunrise to sunset. All trips include kayak or paddleboard, paddle, PFD/life vest, paddle instruction before launch, ACA certified guide and photography. Also included with your confirmation is, detailed driving directions, launch site fees (if applicable), participant release of liability form, explanation of launch site amenities, and a list of what you will need to make your tour enjoyable.
All tours begin at their scheduled time. Please be sure arrive on time in order to fill out paperwork, be fitted for your gear and begin your tour. Please view our Cancellation Policy.
